Doing my best to stay calm before the race.

You can see Thad behind me here early in the race.  He moved into the lead by the end of the first lap while I was in second.  When he decided to charge, I wanted to go with him but my arms pumped up to where I was having trouble holding on.  I had to back off which caused me to drop back into third.

This is the tabletop on the motocross portion of the track.  In the corner before this was where I was able to get around Kailub for the final time and secure second position.  He was riding awesome, though, and stayed right on me for the last three laps.

Those shirts definitely stood out in a crowd.
