Spring Creek OMA

This race wasn't originally on my schedule but it seemed like a fun thing to do and I thought it would be a good way to warm-up for next weeks GNCC in Pennsylvania. Everyone was a little concerned heading into the race because of all the rain the area has received lately but it turned out to be just fine! When the race began I got a decent start and was able to make some passes in the early stages of the race. I tried to ride consistent and stay up with the leaders but after few small mistakes they started getting away. I did my best to stay strong and was able to hold third position until the end. Overall it was a pretty fun day and I'm excited to get back to racing after the long break!
